TERMS & CONDITIONS INCLUDING REFUND POLICY

All payments made to ArrayGlobe.com are subject to the prevailing refund policies of the company. The Client has agreed to retain the services of the Company to secure admission into an overseas educational institution and also assist in the visa process. If the student has already procured an admission from a New Zealand educational institution or procures one individually it will still be construed as an admission procured through the Company. The Client agrees that signing this Agreement is tantamount to giving this in writing to the Company and to the institution.
-	The Company only works with those institutions that are accredited by the respective foreign government. Issues about quality of the institution or the course are to be discussed and agreed upon before the admission process starts. The Company will endeavor to provide relevant documentary evidence of the quality and standard of the institution and course. No protest will be admissible after the visa has been procured. Any refund of fees or other charges paid by the student to an institution will have to be negotiated between the Client and the institution. It is the Client’s responsibility to be aware of the refund policy of the chosen institution.
-	For rendering these services ACPL does not charge the Client anything, however visa fees is charged at the time of lodging the visa application plus DD making charges of Rs. 50/- and ^transaction fee of Rs. 150/- This amount is non-refundable once paid. ^Transaction fee incase of Credit/Debit card payment.
-	The fee is only valid for the intake or admission period for which the Client has agreed. In the event the Client does not produce the relevant documents and misses that particular intake, the Company is under no obligation to return the fees. Any extension to a following intake will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
-	Receiving a Conditional Offer of Place from an institution will be deemed as securing an admission. After receiving a Conditional Offer of Place from an institution, if the Client is not able to meet the condition/s or is unable to procure finances to pursue the studies, the Company is under no obligation to return the fees.
-	The Company will not apply for more than 2 institutions and an additional fee may be charged for every extra institution that the Client wishes to apply. The Client will sign a separate Course & Institution Confirmation Document once the choice/s has been agreed between the Client and the Company.
-	In situations where the client has a change of mind of his decision to go abroad and would like to withdraw the application, he/she will be eligible of a complete refund (^except the transaction fee if paid) of the fee paid only if the withdrawal is within 7 days of registering. This will be applicable for whatever reasons the client wants to withdraw.
-	The client must submit all documents for the admission process within two weeks of registration, failing which they would be defaulters in holding up the process, and company will not be responsible in delay of receiving an offer, and no refund of registration will be entertained.
-	The Company is not liable for lost time or additional expenses incurred due to a delay in the admission or visa processing by the institution or respective Immigration Service. The Company will however endeavor to speed up the process.
-	Some courses permit spouse and/or children to accompany Client while studying in New Zealand. If Client wishes to apply for spouse and/or children visas to accompany, it is clearly understood that there is no guarantee of a visa and is subject to the assessment norms of the New Zealand immigration department. The spouse and/or children visa may not be given at the same time a grant of student visa to the Client.
-	The Client will not engage in direct communication with the short listed institutions once this Agreement is signed. This is to lessen confusion in the communication with the schools.
-	The Client will only produce genuine documents. If at any time it is found that the documents supplied were not genuine, then this Agreement is void immediately and the Company is under no obligation to return the fees, and the company may resort to legal proceedings if required. The client is required to submit notarized/attested copies of all documents to the Company. Where required the Client has to get additional attestations done at his/her own cost.
-	If the original documents are requested by the respective immigration authorities and if these are lost or destroyed either by negligence of the immigration authorities or by any courier or postal service, the Company is not liable in any manner whatsoever for such a loss. The Client has to follow up with the concerned parties for recovery or compensation of the same.
-	The Client undertakes to appear for and pass any required examinations like the IELTS, medical examination, etc. The Client at his/her own cost will undertake such exams. Furthermore the Client will also procure at own cost the required medical certificate and police clearance certificate. The Client will not be required to pay the visa fees to New Zealand Immigration Service since it is adjusted against the fee paid by the client during signup.
-	Evidence of applying for the Passport and the Police Clearance Certificate must be submitted to us within 2 weeks of registration and application for appearing for the IELTS examination within 4 weeks of registration. Defaulters on this cannot question delay in receiving offers or visa not materializing on time.
-	Clients not meeting the IELTS requirement must retake the IELTS, with necessary guidance and free in-house IELTS training being provided.
-	The client will give in writing, with supporting evidence, details of all earlier visa rejections, if received for any country. Any information hidden could have worse implications on your visa. Please bear in mind a rejection does not hamper your process.
-	The client is subject to accept changes in Institution Admission Policies or Visa Policies like course cancellation, visa fees, etc.
-	The Client understands and agrees explicitly that the Company is not a placement agency and has no responsibility towards placing the Client in a job during or after completion of the course. The Company is also not responsible for making any travel and accommodation arrangements for the Client. It will only provide co-ordination services for the same with the concerned parties and is not responsible for the quality of the travel or accommodation provided.
-	The Company reserves the right to use the Client’s name, photograph, communication, testimonials, etc in its promotional material or as it may deem fit for other purposes.
-	The Company will not be responsible for any emergency that the Client may face after landing abroad. It is at the sole discretion of the Client to deal with any such situations and hence it is strongly suggested that the Client before departure procures adequate insurance cover.
-	If a Client’s dependant/s wishes to accompany the Client to the chosen country, the Company will charge extra at the prevailing visa fee for processing the visa of such person/s.
-	This Agreement will come into effect when both parties have understood the contents and agree to proceed by agreeing to this agreement by checking the ‘I Agree’ box. This Agreement comes to an end once the passport of the Client with a valid Student Visa is handed over to the Client.
-	It is the responsibility of the client to carry the checklist as evidence of documents submitted to us. We will not be responsible for delays in processing if any documents against this list are pending submission from the clients’ side.
